Before Your Appointment

  1. Book Your Appointment Early

We recommend booking your travel health consultation 4-6 weeks prior to your travel date. This gives you ample time to receive all necessary vaccines and medications.

2. Fill Out the Pre-Appointment Form

To ensure we provide you with the best care, please fill out our travel health form as completely as possible and submit it at least 48 hours before your appointment. This allows our team to review your health history and travel itinerary.

3. Bring Key Documents

Please bring the following to your appointment:

  • Your health card

  • Drug insurance card

  • Immunization records (if available)

During Your Appointment

1. Consultation and Education

During your consultation, our dedicated travel health team will discuss the vaccines, medications, and other health precautions specific to your destination. We'll answer all your questions and provide pre-travel education so that you are fully informed.

2. Vaccines and Medications

We will administer any necessary vaccines and provide you with prescription medications to protect against common travel health risks. For instance, vaccines like Hepatitis A/B, Typhoid Fever, or Yellow Fever may be recommended, depending on where you're going. Additionally, medications for Traveler’s Diarrhea, Antimalarials, and Altitude Illness can be prescribed.

After receiving vaccines, patients must remain in the pharmacy for 20 minutes to monitor for any potential reactions.

After Your Appointment

1. Follow-Up Appointments

If any follow-up booster vaccines are needed, our team will schedule them accordingly. We’ll also schedule a post-travel follow-up appointment to ensure you're healthy after your vacation.

2. Vaccination Records and Documentation

We will provide special documentation for certain vaccines such as Yellow Fever vaccines.
